Videographer / Studio Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

The Videographer / Studio Associate is responsible for supporting the creative and operational excellence of Christ Fellowship Church’s central video team by stewarding production resources and contributing creatively to video projects that communicate the mission and vision of the church and its ministries. This role manages camera and production equipment, oversees equipment checkout systems, coordinates basic repairs, and ensures studio spaces are organized, functional, and ready to serve multiple teams. In addition, this position serves as a video editor, collaborating closely with producers and creatives to craft engaging, story-driven video content while bringing creativity, depth, and innovation to every edit. We’re looking for a highly organized, technically skilled, and creatively driven individual who thrives in hands-on production environments, has a strong familiarity with a variety of camera platforms, and collaborates effectively with teams.

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage and maintain camera, video, and production equipment to ensure reliability and readiness for all teams
• Oversee equipment checkout systems, tracking usage, availability, and returns
• Coordinate basic equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
• Manage and maintain physical studio spaces, ensuring they are organized, functional, and production-ready
• Serve as a video editor for the central video team, editing content that aligns with brand standards and creative vision
• Collaborate closely with producers and creative teams to execute video projects from concept through final delivery

EDUCATION:

Undergraduate Degree

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of professional film and editing experience.

Expert level knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Adobe AfterEffects, Canon, Red, Sony cameras and lenses.
