Retail Stock Associate (Part-Time)

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Stock Associate supports the Management team with shipping and receiving merchandise, backroom organization, inventory control and general housekeeping activities.
Shift (Part - Time): Tuesday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ship and receive transfers and Client orders to include preparing all required paperwork for shipping product both domestically and internationally
- Maintain a highly organized and tidy backroom at all times enabling operational efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed as per company policy
- Report and follow up on all inventory discrepancies
- Prepare damages
- Follow up on repairs for both store owned goods and Clients
- Assist the Store Manager in preparing supply orders
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory through completing inventory checks and cycle counts as well as preparing for and participating in the annual/semi-annual Physical Inventory
- Be a positive role model representing the brand at all times
- Build and maintain good working relationships with Management Team, Peers, and other Chrome Hearts Store Teams
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- High degree of integrity working with sensitive information
- Recommended minimum of 2 years of stock experience, luxury retail preferred
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Strong drive for results; goal oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
- Proficient in the use of a POS system to include inventory management functions
- Proficient in using shipping software with knowledge on international shipping preferred
- Strong team player
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- Flexible availability to include working some nights, weekends, and holidays
