Like CIMA+, the IT Business Solutions department is growing fast. You will join a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organization's digital transformation. Reporting to the Senior Manager - ERP & BI, you will take on the role of Dynamics 365 functional expert, playing a key role in all activities relating to the platform: evolution projects, periodic updates, support and maintenance, etc.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as Dynamics 365 functional expert, including Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) applications
- Master business processes and the configurations and developments supporting them in Dynamics 365
- Participate in identifying business needs in collaboration with the team of business analysts, and translate them into functional system solutions.
- Act as the IT point of contact for business experts associated with the Dynamics 365 platform, and work with its manager to ensure delivery on schedule
- Analyze periodic supplier updates to identify impacts, new features, etc.
- Provide user training
- In collaboration with the ERP team, support platform users by helping to resolve their problems
- Participate in the development of test scenarios with the quality assurance analyst and take part in functional testing.
- Stay on top of Dynamics 365 developments and best practices
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and support the community of practice in its initiatives to continuously improve the user experience
