We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join and grow with our Water and Wastewater Treatment team. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality water and wastewater treatment projects, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to help meet client expectations, project objectives, and organizational standards. You will also contribute to promoting our strong safety culture and commitment to caring for one another.

This position offers the flexibility of our hybrid work model, including flexible hours, working from home, work either in our Mississauga or Kitchener offices.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the project management and delivery of preliminary and detailed designs for municipal water and wastewater treatment projects
• Assisting in planning, organizing, and coordinating work with technical teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, health and safety, and risk management requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and performance metrics
• Assisting with timely preparation of invoices and supporting project financial tracking
• Providing technical guidance to junior staff and contributing to a collaborative project team environment
• Maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Supporting business development activities, including preparing technical components for proposals and project pursuits
