Job Overview

The Senior Manager of Global Coverage will work with a technology leader in the market research industry, specialising in online and digital methodologies. This role is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers while developing and growing strong relationships with customers, the sales team, and key internal stakeholders.

This position plays a critical role within the organisation, serving as the primary line of communication between the Global Coverage team and the Director and leadership team. As part of a global organisation, the Senior Manager is accountable for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by enabling their team to successfully deliver on client project goals, supporting client growth strategies, and proactively troubleshooting and resolving client concerns.

In addition, the role involves coaching and developing team members, leading strategic projects, and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments to improve operational efficiency and continue diversifying the coverage portfolio.

To support our commitment to 24×7 customer coverage, flexibility with shift timings is essential, including participation in rotational shifts. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Project Managers at various skill levels
  • Utilize Cint’s proprietary software to create and manage research surveys related to advertising effectiveness or professional services
  • Act as the first point of escalation for your team members including (but not limited to) incidents involving platform issues, client's communicated concerns, or impactful changes to project scope
  • Develop a robust understanding of the Market Research and Digital Advertising industries, comprehending how Cint can solve challenges using technology
  • Support your team to successfully work on a multitude of projects concurrently while ensuring a high level of quality across all studies with little to no supervision
  • Compile and extract data from various sources (proprietary software, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc.) to present data to internal and external clients
  • Coordinate with Sales Directors, Account Management, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution and continued product development
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with effective time management
  • Develop strong working relationships with external client personnel, anticipating client needs and ensuring high levels of customer service while adhering to client budget
  • Work with customers to understand project needs, recommend optimal solutions, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to successfully deliver projects on time and in budget
