The Opportunity
Cint seeks an Analyst for our Demand Integrations Team, reporting directly into our regional lead. This is a junior role, supporting the individual regional teams and their customers while having the responsibility for a small, individual portfolio of customers.
The Demand Integrations team's mission is to deliver deep technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations.
As Analyst in the Demand Integrations team, you will support a set of existing customers and the onboarding of new customers. Cint’s goal is to ensure a quick and successful onboarding within a month. You will also be responsible to monitor the health of integrations for various customers and flag any concerning statistics.
Important metrics for every Analyst are the health of the customer’s integration, the growth of the customer and the speed to launch for every new customer.
The Analyst works closely with the Integration Consultants, Customer Success Team and the Account Management. On the technical side, we provide feedback to our internal tech and product teams about customer feedback and their needs.

This position is focused on our customers in the APAC region and therefore requires the candidate to support and be flexible with these time zones.

The Team
The Demand Integrations team is part of the overall Customer Experience Org. We work closely with all departments, acting as facilitators between our internal sales and customer success teams and the external customers and their tech teams.
We also close the loop between our internal tech and product teams with customer feedback and feature requests to ensure customer voices are heard.
The Demand Integrations team supports customers globally. Team members are located in various US and European cities as well as in India. Our team supports three main areas: Cint’s Marketplaces, Measurement and Data solutions, and Optimization & Health.
What You Will Do
Help build and manage relationships with customers in our allocated portfolio to drive the health and growth of your customer’s integrations
Gain an understanding of your customer’s internal structures, key stakeholders and their business and needs
Provide technical guidance to customers during all phases of their integration life cycle
Collaborate with the other account team members to update them on progress, plan and implement measures to grow your customers
Analyse your customers’ integration performance on a regular basis to proactively recommend improvements internally and to your customers
Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional fashion
Develop a full understanding the industries in which Cint and your customers operate
Ability to understand different and unique customer business models and how an integration with Cint will benefit them
Practice superior time management self-discipline to work independently from home
