JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

  • Responsible for training Catalogue maintenance and organization.  Duties include training interns and ERDs every year, creating, organizing, and deploying training in current location
  • Building out new training in Workday and creating a more comprehensive set of engineering training material specifically for new and onboarded engineers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • New training identified. Training format decided. (virtual, in person, one pager, course, quick start, reference doc,etc)
  • Provide requirements to training resource team
  • Manage the creation of training material,
  • Review, publish, advertise newly created training.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5—10 years of engineering experience
  • Bachelor/ associates with 7+ years experience

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Training creation software
  • Knowledge on Teamcenter, Creo, Visualization (JT) Files,
