JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

  • Investigating warranty and failure claims: Analyze product issues reported under warranty, identify root causes, and highlight opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Answering dealer technical service inquiries: Provide timely, accurate technical support to dealers, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborating with engineering departments: Work cross‑functionally with design, manufacturing, and R&D teams to resolve product issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Internal reporting on product quality: Prepare structured reports on recurring issues, trends, and corrective measures to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Investigate warranty and failure claims to identify quality improvement opportunities.
  • Respond to dealer technical service inquiries with accurate, timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering departments across the company to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare internal reports on product quality trends and corrective actions.
  • Provide field technical support and fleet management guidance to maximize machine performance.
  • Equip dealers with essential tools, including parts and service information, to diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment.
  • Deliver round‑the‑clock technical support to ensure superior customer service.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering. 
  • Minimum 5-7 years in this capacity is a must

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Microsoft Products, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, J1939 CAN Communication, Ethernet, Electrical Troubleshooting, Hydraulic Systems, Software Troubleshooting, Hall Effect Sensor, Pressure Transducers, Angle Sensors, Technical Writing, Data analysis, Six Sigma Methodologies, Scripting/Macros,
