COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE:

JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of Data & Analytics to lead and scale our global Data & Analytics vertical. This executive leadership role is responsible for defining the vision, growth strategy, and operational execution of data-driven engineering solutions across global markets.

This role owns the full P&L of the Data & Analytics vertical and will lead global teams to deliver advanced analytics, data engineering, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions to international customers.

This position requires a leader who can combine deep technical expertise with strong commercial leadership to expand customer partnerships, grow revenue, and build scalable global delivery capabilities.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the global strategy for Data & Analytics services
  • Identify new business opportunities across global markets
  • Expand advanced analytics and intelligent automation capabilities
  • Align the vertical with company growth and profitability goals


Full P&L Responsibility

  • Own revenue growth, margin performance, and financial forecasting
  • Drive operational efficiency and profitability improvements
  • Manage budgeting and financial performance of the vertical


Global Customer Leadership

  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with international customers
  • Lead commercial discussions including proposals and pricing strategy
  • Drive long-term strategic partnerships with global clients

 

Global Delivery Management

  • Lead geographically distributed analytics and engineering teams
  • Ensure scalable delivery frameworks and high-quality project execution
  • Establish performance metrics and operational accountability


Technical Leadership

Provide subject matter leadership across:

  • Data architecture and data engineering
  • Advanced analytics and predictive modeling
  • Machine learning and AI solutions
  • Data visualization and reporting platforms
  • Intelligent automation and data-driven decision systems


Travel

·  Domestic and international travel is required to support customers and global teams.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Master’s degree+ in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Information Systems/Information Technology or related field


·  15–20 years of experience in one or more of the following industries (mandatory):

o   Heavy engineering

o   Earth moving equipment

o   Automotive

o   Industrial equipment


·  Leadership Competencies:

o   Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset

o   Strong commercial acumen

o   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

o   Ability to operate in a global matrix organization

o   High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness

 

·        Proven experience managing large, multi-location engineering teams

·        Significant international customer interaction experience

·        Demonstrated P&L or revenue responsibility

·        Strong executive presence and leadership maturity
