DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Knowledge of laser cutting and press brake operations.
  • Identify and resolve design-for-manufacturability issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis for DFM problems.
  • Contribute to NPI and product discussions with inputs.
  • Detect process waste and propose improvements.
  • Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
  • Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis when needed.
  • Interpret CMM reports for quality checks.
  • Basic experience with 3D modeling software.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to meet standards.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree/associate degree in Mechanical or Industrial engineering
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineer experience.
