JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:
- Software schedule management
- Rapid prototyping aftertreatment control software to support lab demonstrations
- Assist in selecting control strategies
- Testing of new system components (sensors, pumps etc)
- Executing cosimulations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helping to define control strategies for performance of the aftertreatment system. Support testing and component selection with rapid prototyping control software to support lab testing (bench, HIL and full engine/aftertreatment systems)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Years of experience: 2-4 years
- Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or related curriculum
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Controls experience
- Simulink experience
- Proficiency in Canape
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong understanding of engine and aftertreatment systems.
- Ability to draw conclusions from analysis and make decision
