JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Responsible for using Creo and Electric Lines and Pro Cabling for the routing harnesses for off-highway trucks. Supporting the detailing and checking of prints. Supporting other engineering responsibilities such as cost rollups, FMEA, TFCs, etc.
• Good communication skills for working with peers and product group to develop and review designs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design wire harness routings, support detailing, and checking of prints.
• Present design reviews
• Collaborate with suppliers
• Support, cost rollups, FMEA, TFCs, Supplier collaboration, etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Years of experience: 8+ years of experience
• Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Master’s Degree and/or PHD

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Extensive Creo, Teamcenter, and Fluid lines experience
• FMEAs
• Experience in reading electrical drawings and schematics
