Job Overview
- Greet and tour prospective residents.
- Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.
- Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
- Processes and maintains accurate resident files
- Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed
- Processes re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention efforts
- Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
- Assists applicant with the application process
- Creates and updates waitlist
- Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
- Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents
