Our portfolio includes Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD), Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune), Entra ID, Tanium, Generative AI platforms and other enterprise communication and collaboration tools. Position Description:

• Support and manage the City’s Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Support and manage the City’s Generative AI Platforms including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Administer and optimize SCCM, Intune, Tanium and Entra ID for endpoint management, security, and compliance.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Develop and deploy scripts, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and streamline system maintenance.
• Maintain and support email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and integration with third-party bulk mail providers.
• Collaborate with vendors to manage services, resolve issues, and enhance reliability.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and departmental IT administrators to strengthen technical capacity citywide.
• Onboard departments to enterprise applications and services managed by the Modern Workplace Team.
