What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect private swimming pool barriers for compliance
• Apply Building Act, Regulations and Australian Standards
• Complete accurate inspection records, photos and notes
• Provide clear compliance advice to property owners
• Investigate complaints and service requests
• Prepare enforcement actions and statutory documentation
• Liaise with residents, builders and industry professionals
• Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
