What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
- Greet customers and respond to diverse enquiries
- Provide accurate information on programs, memberships and services
- Process memberships, enrolments and bookings
- Handle phone, email and walk‑in enquiries
- Complete POS transactions, cash handling & reconciliation
- Maintain kiosk and retail stock levels
- Support complaint resolution and escalate when needed
- Assist new staff with training and work shadowing
- Produce simple operational reports
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming front‑of‑house environment
