What You’ll Be Doing
You will:

• Greet customers and respond to diverse enquiries
• Provide accurate information on programs, memberships and services
• Process memberships, enrolments and bookings
• Handle phone, email and walk‑in enquiries
• Complete POS transactions, cash handling & reconciliation
• Maintain kiosk and retail stock levels
• Support complaint resolution and escalate when needed
• Assist new staff with training and work shadowing
• Produce simple operational reports
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming front‑of‑house environment
