Support the Civic Events Coordinator to plan City civic events which include Mayoral, Recognition and Appreciation Events.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Civic Events Coordinator to plan City civic events
- Manage invitations, RSVPs and guest communications
- Coordinate venues, catering, AV and theming
- Prepare run sheets, briefings and event documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate best value services
- Track budgets and reconcile event expenditure
- Deliver high‑quality customer service protocols
