Requirements
6–8 years of overall product experience
Minimum 5 years in lending or fintech products
Strong knowledge of secured lending workflows
Hands-on experience with LOS and LMS platforms
Experience with KYC, CKYC, bureaus, and payment integrations
Strong PRD writing and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of RBI compliance and audits
Responsibilities
Own product roadmap for lending and loan lifecycle
Write clear PRDs and drive execution with engineering
Build and optimize LOS, LMS, and partner integrations
Work with credit, risk, compliance, and ops teams
Track product metrics and improve turnaround time
Ensure scalability, compliance, and system reliability
