We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
ClickHouse is growing fast—and so is the demand on our brand and marketing design team. We’re looking for a Marketing Design Operations Manager to bring clarity, calm, and control to a high-velocity creative environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and pixels (without needing to be a designer themselves).
You’ll own how design work flows from idea to execution—triaging inbound requests, clarifying priorities, partnering with marketing stakeholders, and helping the design team stay focused and unblocked. If you’re someone who loves breaking down big ideas into structured plans and making creative teams more efficient, this is your arena.
What You’ll Do
- Own intake and triage for all brand and marketing design requests—ensuring they’re clear, prioritised, and scoped appropriately
- Partner closely with demand gen, content, events, and product marketing teams to understand timelines and surface design needs early
- Translate goals into clear roadmaps and sprint plans for the design team
- Track design tasks and deliverables across multiple channels (ads, campaigns, web, events, social, etc)
- Help ensure deadlines are realistic, communicated, and met
- Flag blockers early and drive resolution
- Facilitate weekly planning, async updates, and retros as needed
- Help build repeatable processes for requests, briefs, approvals, and asset delivery
- Contribute to team rituals and documentation that make collaboration smooth and scaleable
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a project/program/ops role supporting creative, brand, or marketing teams
- Excellent organisational instincts—you bring structure without slowing things down
- Confident communicator who can engage with peers across design, marketing, and product
- Clear thinker who can break complex asks into actionable steps
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, async-first environments
- Strong grasp of design and marketing workflows (Figma, Asana/Linear, Google Docs, Notion, etc)
- Not a designer—but design-literate and excited to support creative work
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth tech environment
- Familiarity with marketing planning cycles (campaigns, product launches, field events, etc)
- Previous experience working with remote, distributed teams
- Understanding of design systems or brand governance
- A sharp eye for detail—typos and timeline slips don’t get past you
