The role

How you will influence

• You would take on-the-job trainings on various Business Processes, Standards & Procedures falling under the scope of Quality Analyst role
• You will be taking a deeper level of functional knowledge on various portfolio applications
• Take guidance from peers and senior colleagues on complex issues/queries from business and end users to provide timely resolution
• Understand how different departments within the firm operate and learn and implement cross-domain/department collaboration
• Communicate the impact and solutions of application/system problems in business language
• Able to articulate thoughts and ideas to colleagues effectively both written and verbally

Key accountabilities

• Analysing the requirement from testing perspective
• Creating test plans and writing test cases under the guidance of peers/senior colleagues
• Execute test cases and report the testing outcomes.
• Report defects to Test lead
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
• Basic understanding of Test and Defect Management process
• Excellent communication skills
