Job Title: GrantProject Coordinator

Location: Remote - UK

Salary: £35,000

How you'll contribute:

• Plan and manage resource needs with resource managers and subject matter experts.
• Oversee day to day budget management, forecasting, tracking, adjusting and supporting financial reporting to Finance and funders.
• Maintain strong project documentation and support multi team workflows and processes for smooth delivery.
• Identify, monitor and escalate project budget risks to the Grant Programme Manager.
• Maintain and update the MEL framework, tools, and impact data in collaboration with the Communication and Delivery team.
• Support project governance, including reporting to committees and funders and ensuring compliance with internal and funder requirements.
• Carry out duties as needed to meet the role's objective.

• You have experience coordinating complex, large-scale, multi-partner and multi-year projects.
• You have a strong understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and funder reporting.
• You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• You have a proven track record of project coordination and budget management, including staff costs and direct expenses.
• You have a solid understanding of risk management processes.
• You have excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management skills.
• You have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• You have the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You have strong critical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• You have keen attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
• You can work independently and manage your own workload.
