Location: Remote - UK/Spain/India

Salary: £60-65,000 DOE if based in the UK. EUR 60,000-65,000 if based in the EU and INR 4,000,000-4,500,000 if based in India. Please note local pay scales and benchmarking will be applied.

How you'll contribute:

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of two high-impact, multi-year projects, ensuring strong governance, milestone tracking, and delivery excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, driving inclusive stakeholder engagement across regions and sectors.
• Line manage and develop two Project Coordinators while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and project management tools, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and issues to keep outcomes on track.
• Ensure seamless reporting and financial oversight, and support MEL frameworks to drive data-driven learning and impact assessment.

Requirements

• You have substantial project management experience, ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• You are familiar with donor-funded programmes, including compliance and reporting requirements.
• You have a track record of delivering large-scale, strategic, multi-year projects.
• You have experience managing direct reports, preferably within a project delivery context.
• You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, guiding cross-functional teams effectively.
• You communicate with clarity and impact, engaging stakeholders across cultures and contexts.
• You hold formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM).
• You are proficient in governance tools, including RAID logs, RACI matrices, and KPI frameworks.
• You excel in managing risk and maintaining delivery quality, even under pressure.
