How you'll contribute:

• Drive and support the delivery of technical assistance projects, applying a strong understanding of the labelled and sustainable debt market—especially within Indonesia.
• Conduct market research and develop clear, insightful reports on sustainable finance trends, regulatory developments, and innovative financing across key sectors.
• Contribute to engaging trainings and presentations for partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs to keep activities on track and aligned with organisational goals.

Requirements

You should apply if:

• You hold a degree in a relevant field such as (Environmental) Economics, (Sustainable) Finance, or (Environmental) Policy.
• You have at least three years’ experience in research, stakeholder engagement, or capacity building in a related sector.
• You can deliver clear, actionable insights from research, including for senior stakeholders.
• You can demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• You can prioritise effectively and work at pace across diverse topics.
• You can communicate exceptionally well in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
• You bring experience in business development and stakeholder management.
• You maintain strong attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• You understand how to navigate, support, and collaborate across an organisation.
• You thrive in fast-changing environments with evolving priorities.
• You work well in a team and communicate with clarity and confidence.
• You are located in Jakarta
