People & Processes: You ensure smooth and efficient HR processes along the entire employee life cycle – from workforce planning and recruiting to onboarding, performance management, talent development, case management, and compensation in close collaboration with our HR operation experts.

Recruitment Strategy: You take ownership of end-to-end recruiting, ensuring we attract, select, and hire top talent whilst delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Culture & Engagement: You give our culture a voice by running initiatives such as our culture survey, translating insights into concrete actions that foster an inspiring and inclusive workplace.

Business Impact: You make sure our people strategy drives business success by bringing HR expertise to organizational design, change management, coaching, facilitation, and communication.

Innovation & Development: You support the continuous evolution of HR as a function from process improvements and HR analytics to impactful HR projects that shape the future of work.
