Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Presales Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and producing high-quality proposal responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, RFSs, etc.) that meet client requirements and support business growth. This role involves collaborating with sales, management, and technical teams to create compelling, compliant proposals that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end proposal life cycle, including planning, development, review, and submission of proposals.
- Prepare compliant, professionally crafted proposals within client-defined timeframes.
- Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings, storyboarding sessions, and key review meetings.
- Coordinate proposal governance and sign-off processes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, sales, technical, and branding teams, to gather and refine proposal content.
- Coach junior proposal analysts on persuasive writing techniques and best practices.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance the proposal content library to support future opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Proposal Development: 3β5 years of proven experience in preparing and delivering proposals for public sector clients, preferably in Salesforce technologies.
- Proposal Management: Strong experience in coordinating proposal activities, including kick-off meetings, reviews, and governance processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong focus on persuasive writing.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills to handle multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
- Certifications: APMP Foundation Certification (Practitioner or Professional level preferred).
