UI/ UX Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Junior UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for design and a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing modern web and mobile applications, understanding user behavior, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications, Salesforce-based platforms, and innovative digital transformation projects serving Public Sector and Commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences aligned with modern design standards.
• Conduct user research, usability analysis, and gather feedback to improve overall user experience.
• Maintain consistency across applications by following design systems and UI standards.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Optimize user experience based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journey flows.
• Understanding of user-centred design methodologies and usability best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design standards.
• Familiarity with interaction design and basic animations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
