Position Overview  

As a Bilingual Technical Content Writer (French & English), you will be a core member of our Communications and Marketing team. You will play a critical role in developing high-quality technical and promotional content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, public relations, internal communications, and marketing materials. This role requires a strong blend of technical writing expertise, creative thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. 


Key Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Gather, analyse, and synthesise technical and business information for use in white papers, websites, events, e-newsletters, public relations materials, and internal communications. 
  • Develop clear, accurate, and engaging content for multiple media, including web, print, news articles, and social media, aligned with organizational goals. 
  • Write, review, edit, and proofread marketing and communication materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content. 
  • Contribute to innovative design and content solutions that align with branding, messaging, and business objectives. 


Qualifications and Skills 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and maintaining multi-channel communication and technical content. 
  • Proven ability to write and edit diverse content types, including technical articles, web copy, marketing collateral, print materials, and social media posts. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant content creation and publication tools. 
  • Experience working closely with design, marketing, or communications teams in a professional environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Technical Writing, Art, or a related discipline. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of academic or professional experience using design and content tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 


Additional Requirements 

  • Canadian Secret Security Clearance (mandatory) 
  • Valid Canadian work visa or authorisation to work in Canada 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, if required
