Your Mission
- Expand aggressively into DOD markets, targeting 50–60% of new revenue growth.
- Strengthen and protect our existing federal client base.
- Open new doors in state, local municipalities, and academic sectors.
- Build strategic teaming relationships that increase win probability.
- Shift the firm from reactive RFP responses to proactive opportunity shaping.

Qulaifications
- 5–12+ years of business development experience in architecture, planning, engineering, or related professional services.
- Strong working knowledge of federal procurement, especially DOD.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building teaming relationships.
- Comfort operating in a small, entrepreneurial firm where execution matters.
