Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive visa support for our global employees, including visa application processes, renewals, and compliance with local regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to visa matters.
2. Manage the contract archives for all global employees, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and securely stored.
3. Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to reflect accurate employee data and records.
4. Assist the HRBP in managing the global workforce, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
5. Provide consultation and support on HR-related matters to employees and managers.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Prior internship experience in HR within a tech company or R&D center is highly desirable.
3. Familiarity with HR processes and administrative tasks is a plus.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create and manage various administrative documents efficiently.
5. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent service orientation.
7. Fluent English & Chinese as a working language.
