- Prepare property reports, submissions, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with campaign materials using tools like InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint; liaise with suppliers and agencies.
- Coordinate meetings and events, manage communications, and maintain CRM data to support client engagement.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
- Maintain SharePoint libraries, proposal templates, and team documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems and enhance team efficiency.
