Early connections with students via internships are the first step to securing our graduate engineers as part of the Colliers Engineering & Design Graduate Program. Early career development is a fundamental part of our culture at Colliers. We know the value of real experience and mentoring to build confidence and gain industry knowledge. Internship
In addition to our scholarship, we offer a number of internships in WA, NT, VIC, QLD and NSW. Apply for the scholarship, the internship or both and select which technical stream you are studying or interested in, with up to two options per application. Civil, surveying and structural engineering are a few examples.
Our placements offer a real-life insight into consulting engineering. You’ll work alongside senior engineers on a variety of projects, attending site inspections, networking at industry events, and undertaking training.
The internship timing and duration will be suitable for individuals and may include 12 weeks over summer vacation fulltime, 2 days per week for a semester etc.
You will quickly become a valued member of the team, receiving mentoring from experienced engineers and attending Colliers events throughout the year.

- Detailed CV including previous vacation work/internship details, year 12 ATAR (including subjects and exam marks or equivalent) extracurricular interests, achievements, awards, scholarships etc.
- Formal university academic transcript from Year 1 to current semester.
- References including one academic, employer and or character reference desirable but not essential.
