We’re offering a full‑time opportunity for an emerging valuation professional to join our team, specialising exclusively in Retail Valuations.
As an Assistant Valuer, you’ll be part of a high‑performing national valuations team, gaining hands‑on experience across a diverse portfolio of retail assets. You’ll work closely with industry‑leading valuers who will mentor and support you as you develop your technical capability and progress toward becoming a Certified Practising Valuer.
In this role, you’ll contribute to meaningful valuation work across a range of retail property types and portfolios. From collecting and analysing sales and leasing evidence, to building cash flow models and assisting with valuation reports, you’ll play an important role in delivering high‑quality, trusted advice to our clients.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Tertiary studies in an Australian Property Institute (API) accredited degree with the aim of working towards becoming a Certified Practising Valuer.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Word.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a genuine desire to add value to the team.
