Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes. 

  • Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database. 

  • Validation and review of lease documents. 

  • Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates. 

  • Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses. 

  • General liaison with client and suppliers.
