Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes.
Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
Validation and review of lease documents.
Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates.
Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses.
General liaison with client and suppliers.
