We are seeking the expertise of a Marketing & Bid Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD team, on a 12 month maternity leave contract. Your duties will include;  

  • Lead end-to-end production of major tenders and proposals, coordinating inputs from Project Managers and subject matter experts.
  • Reviewing tender documentation and evaluation criteria; drafting, editing and designing content.
  • Completing detailed quality assurance to ensure a compliant, compelling and gap-free submission. 
  • Lead the entire marketing function for our Project Leaders team on a national basis. 
  • Internal and external communications, as well as drafting and sending out quarterly newsletters. 
  • Monitor the tenders and submissions emails, creating entire presentations on PowerPoint and Indesign.
