We are seeking a motivated Property student to join our Adelaide team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world industry experience, build your professional network and develop a strong understanding of the commercial property market.

Working across multiple business lines, you'll play a key role in maintaining Colliers' Adelaide property database while gaining exposure to a broad range of asset classes. You'll work alongside experienced property professionals and gain valuable insights into leasing activity, transactions, property ownership and market movements.

Your Day Will Include

• Maintaining and updating the CRM database, ensuring information relating to properties, owners, tenants and contacts is accurate and up to date.
• Entering and tracking transactions, enquiries, inspections and tenant movements.
• Conducting database audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Assisting with building audits and updating property information.
• Producing database reports and providing information to support business development activities.
• Assisting with submissions, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Maintaining stock reports and property records.
• Working closely with brokers and support teams to ensure market information is captured accurately and consistently.
