Position Details
Practice Scope & Patient Care
The practice provides outpatient primary care for adults ages 18 and older, focusing on chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive medicine. The patient panel is largely composed of middle-aged adults with a wide range of common conditions.
• Typical scheduling includes approximately 2 new patients or 3 established patients per hour, allowing for manageable pacing.
• The practice does not manage major psychiatric care or chronic pain management cases.
• Administrative functions such as payer credentialing are supported at the organizational level.
Work Schedule & Life Balance
This role offers multiple scheduling options to accommodate physician preference:
• 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day
• 4.5 clinical days + 0.5 administrative day
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours
There are no weekends, no hospital rounds, and light call responsibilities shared equitably among providers. Additional flexibility may be available based on physician needs.
