Private Duty Nurse RN or LPN-Burlington County Case

Complete Home Care in New Jersey is looking for a PDN for a client case

-Adult female -Seizure Disorder

4:30p-12mid are open shifts

8:30a-4:30p AND 4:30p-12mid open on Sat/Sun

Pay is $35 per hour LPN

$40 per hour RN

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Deliver hands-on nursing care, including administering medications (oral, injectable, inhalant, and intravenous), monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Patient Advocacy: Act as a primary caregiver and advocate for patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting optimal health outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care, including changes in health status, medication administration, and communication with family members and healthcare providers.
• Support for Chronic Conditions: Provide specialized care for patients with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or those recovering from surgery, ensuring they receive the necessary support for their conditions.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Jersey State
• Education: associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Experience: At least one year of home health experience required

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
