Role Objective:
Create and implement a project management system for large-scale product launches. Automate the product launch project management process.

Key Responsibilities:

Formalize the new product launch processes

• Define roles and responsibilities of participants
• Build a flowchart from idea to launch

Select and implement a project and task management system (Task Manager)

• Gather input and requirements from the team
• Compare several systems and select one for integration
• Configure workflows and project templates in the Task Manager

Develop regulations and interaction rules

• Standardize how to create tasks, update statuses, and resolve issues
• Create a checklist and SOPs
• Define the number, format, and cadence of meetings

Design and implement a performance evaluation system (KPI/OKR)

• Define key project metrics and responsible owners
• Create reports and dashboards to track progress and results

Implement additional communication tools

• Set up necessary integrations (Slack ↔ Task Manager ↔ Google Drive)
• Automate notifications

Define team member requirements

• Identify key competencies of process participants
• Prepare job requirements for recruiters

Conduct training for the team

Requirements

• 5+ years in roles such as Project/Program Manager, Head of Projects, Head of Operations, Delivery Manager within IT outsourcing / E-commerce / FMCG businesses
• Proven experience working in large international companies in an English-speaking environment (required)
• Strong experience in team and vendor management, with the ability to build effective and results-oriented partnerships
• Systems building expertise: setting up processes from scratch, implementing IT solutions, and creating teams
• Advanced negotiation skills with vendors; fluent English (B2+ level), fluent Russian
