Financial Manager

- Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis.
- Support financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Help optimize workflows, processes, and expenses.
- Conduct audits of cash operations, primary documents, and other business reports.
- Collaborate with our Treasury on financial instruments and related tasks.
- Draft and refine regulations, guidelines, and internal communications.
- Perform deep data analysis in Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with other departments: sending requests, reminders, organizing calls, and following up on tasks.
- Research and analyze financial or market data.
- Finalize and improve financial documentation as required.
- Take proactive actions to support the company's financial scalability.
- Handle other finance-related activities as assigned by the Head of Finance.
Requirements
- Education in Finance (not Economics).
- 6+ months of relevant finance experience (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid (B2 or higher) English skills (written and spoken).
- Personality: quick learner, positive attitude, flexible in communication, and easy to work with.
- Someone looking for long-term stability (we're not a stepping stone — we want you for at least 2 years).
