Concepta is a fast- growing U.S. focused cosmetics and supplements brand, primarily operating through Amazon. With offices in Miami and Serbia, we are expanding rapidly and building strong HR and recruitment capabilities to support our global growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Researcher/ HR Coordinator to join our HR team in Belgrade. This is a junior–mid-level role, ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in research, sourcing, or recruitment in the e-commerce space. You will work directly with our Global HR Director to support recruitment projects, market research, and candidate sourcing across different regions, with a primary focus on the U.S. market.

This role will give you exposure to international recruitment, HR operations, and global business strategy, while allowing you to learn from experienced HR leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct candidate sourcing and market research for open positions in the e-commerce, cosmetics, and supplements industries.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Assist in screening resumes and pre-selecting candidates based on defined role criteria.
  • Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Support HR documentation, reporting, and data entry into ATS/CRM tools.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for hiring managers.
  • Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers when needed.
  • Work closely with the Global HR Director to refine sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in research, sourcing, or recruitment (agency or in-house) within the e-commerce space.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing methods.
  • Curiosity and ability to learn quickly about U.S. and international job markets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Based in Belgrade, Serbia, with a requirement to work in an in-office model.
