You have an eye for detail, work at lightning speed, and make sure everything is spotless — allowing the kitchen team to focus entirely on the dishes that keep our guests coming back.

Your tasks are varied and essential: you wash and sanitize kitchen equipment using our professional commercial dishwashers, dispose of kitchen waste, and assist with receiving, checking, and storing inventory. Additionally, you support the kitchen team by chopping, preparing, portioning, and setting up ingredients so that the mise en place and dishes are always ready on time and perfect. No two days are the same: you switch effortlessly between tasks in a dynamic, lively kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — a role that is indispensable, yet incredibly fun and diverse.
