Constance Halaveli, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a highly organised and efficient Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our paradise island setting.

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the resort
  • Develop and implement efficient housekeeping schedules and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments to support smooth resort operations
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in line with local regulations and company standards
  • Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, occupancy, and other relevant metrics
  • Contribute to the development and management of the housekeeping budget
