Learning & Development Trainee

Constance Prince Maurice, a luxurious resort in Mauritius, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning & Development Trainee to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the growth and development of our staff whilst honing your skills in the field of training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing internal and external training sessions, workshops, and inductions

• Maintain accurate training records, files, and databases

• Support compliance with mandatory and statutory training requirements

• Support preparation of onboarding materials and welcome packs

• Ensure smooth coordination with departments for onboarding schedules

• Assist trainers during training sessions (room setup, materials, logistics)

• Assist in compiling training reports, monthly statistics, and feedback analysis

• Help track training hours and participation rates

• Support internal development initiatives, talent programs, and workshops

• Assist in organizing team engagement activities related to learning and development

• Encourage a positive learning culture within the hotel
