Constance Moofushi, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a friendly and customer-focused MAT Lounge Host to join our exceptional team. As a MAT Lounge Host, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests in our exclusive MAT Lounge.

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere • Provide attentive and personalised service to meet and exceed guest expectations • Take food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and making recommendations • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lounge area • Assist in organising and executing special events or themed nights in the lounge
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service • Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards • Promote a positive and cooperative work environment among team members
