Join our team at the stunning Constance Ephelia resort in Seychelles as a Barista. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional coffee experiences for our guests in this tropical paradise.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, using high-quality beans and proper techniques
•  Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
•  Create visually appealing latte art to enhance the guest experience
•  Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service
•  Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
•  Recommend and upsell coffee products and accompaniments to guests
•  Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
•  Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy periods
•  Adapt to the unique challenges of working in a resort setting, including potential language barriers and diverse guest expectations
