Bartender

Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort nestled in the breathtaking Seychelles, is seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our exceptional team. As a Bartender at our world-class establishment, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests by crafting exquisite cocktails and providing top-notch service in our bars and lounges.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, to the highest standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area at all times
• Accurately process guest orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate effectively with other bar staff, waiters, and kitchen team members
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Contribute to the creation of new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
• Implement and maintain the resort's sustainability initiatives in the bar area
• Organise and execute special events, such as cocktail masterclasses or themed nights
• Monitor and report on bar performance metrics, including sales and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with local licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol guidelines
• Mentor and train junior bar staff to maintain high service standards
• Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally
