HVAC Manager

Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in Seychelles, is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Manager to join our facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout our expansive property.

• Lead and manage the HVAC team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of all systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and extend equipment life
• Plan and oversee HVAC installation, repair, and upgrade projects
• Manage budgets and control costs related to HVAC operations and projects
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
• Analyse energy consumption and implement energy-efficient solutions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Train and mentor HVAC technicians and staff
• Manage inventory of HVAC parts and equipment
• Respond to emergency situations and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
• Prepare and present regular reports on HVAC performance and projects
