- Oversee all guest interactions and ensure the highest standards of guest service are maintained across all resort facilities and departments
- Manage guest enquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, implementing swift and satisfactory resolutions
- Lead and mentor the guest relations team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to foster a culture of excellence
- Develop and implement guest relations policies and procedures that enhance the overall guest experience
- Liaise with all resort departments to coordinate services and ensure seamless guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest feedback and conduct regular appraisals to identify areas for improvement and service enhancement
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences to personalise future visits
- Organise and oversee special events, celebrations, and guest activities to create memorable experiences
- Train staff on guest service protocols, cultural sensitivity, and conflict resolution techniques
