As Duty Manager, you will assist the Front Office Manager (FOM) and Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM) in leading and supervising Front Desk, Guest Relations, Switchboard, Reservations, and Guest Transportation operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, outstanding guest satisfaction, and the highest standards of personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure adherence to resort standards
Deliver and model graceful, personalized, and caring guest service
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints within 24 hours
Supervise and motivate Front Office team members
Ensure accurate guest profiles and VIP arrangements
Coordinate guest arrivals and departures
Conduct cashiering spot checks and ensure financial compliance
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and other departments
Support staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Promote resort facilities, services, and experiences
